Terms & Conditions
The ensuing document shall constitute a legally binding framework of understandings, obligations, and stipulations which shall govern the contractual relationship between Sanovra Lab (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider") and any person, entity, or representative thereof (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") availing the medical testing, diagnostic facilitation, or related services through the Service Provider. Engagement with our services, whether directly or indirectly, shall be deemed as an unequivocal acceptance of the terms herein, notwithstanding any verbal assurances or informal understandings to the contrary.
1. Provision and Delegation of Services
It is expressly clarified that Sanovra Lab does not, in the ordinary course of its operations, undertake the physical execution of medical diagnostic tests within its own premises or under its own technical infrastructure. Instead, the operational methodology involves the delegation of such diagnostic procedures to laboratories that are duly accredited, licensed, and recognised under prevailing statutory frameworks. While the Service Provider exercises reasonable diligence in selecting partner laboratories (hereinafter referred to as "Partner Labs"), no representation, warranty, or guarantee is extended, whether express or implied, regarding the absolute infallibility, timeliness, or comprehensiveness of the outcomes produced by such Partner Labs.
2. Purpose and Permissible Use of Reports
All diagnostic test reports facilitated through the Service Provider are strictly intended for clinical, therapeutic, or medical consultation purposes. Such reports shall not, under any circumstances, be construed, interpreted, or utilised for any judicial, quasi-judicial, administrative, or investigative proceedings, nor shall they be admissible as evidence in any legal, statutory, or regulatory capacity. The Client acknowledges and accepts that any deviation from this intended purpose shall be undertaken solely at the Client’s own risk and liability.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Protocols
The Client shall be entitled to cancel or reschedule a scheduled sample collection appointment provided that such cancellation or rescheduling request is communicated to the Service Provider no later than two (2) hours prior to the anticipated arrival of the designated phlebotomist at the agreed collection location. Any cancellation or rescheduling request made within the said two-hour window shall render the Client liable to remit an amount equivalent to the applicable sample collection fee, which fee shall be non-refundable and non-adjustable against any subsequent service engagement.
4. Refunds and Remediation
In instances where goods or services are demonstrably defective, materially inconsistent with the order, or otherwise non-conforming to the mutually agreed specifications, the Client may invoke the remedial recourse outlined within the Service Provider’s Refund Policy. Such invocation shall be subject to timely notification and substantiation, and the Service Provider retains the sole discretion to determine the eligibility and quantum of any refund, replacement, or remedial service, without prejudice to any rights otherwise available under applicable law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, the Service Provider disclaims all liability, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the performance, interpretation, or application of diagnostic test results. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any medical decisions, therapeutic interventions, or consequential events undertaken by the Client or any third party on the basis of such results.
6. Amendments and Revisions
The Service Provider reserves the unqualified right to amend, modify, revise, or otherwise alter these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, with such amendments becoming effective immediately upon publication on the official Sanovra Lab platform. Continued use of the Service Provider’s services subsequent to such amendments shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised terms in their entirety.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, including the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated within the territorial limits of the city in which the Service Provider maintains its principal place of business.
